1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GospelGen ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GospelGen is an AI-powered content generation platform for ministry leaders, pastors, and churches. The Service allows users to generate sermons, Bible studies, blog posts, newsletters, and other ministry content using artificial intelligence.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use GospelGen. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Subscriptions and Credits

GospelGen offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Credits are allocated per billing cycle and do not roll over unless explicitly stated. Extra credits purchased as one-time top-ups do not expire.

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Polar. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Refunds are handled at our discretion. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at legal@gospelgen.com.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use GospelGen to:

Generate content that promotes hate, violence, or discrimination
Produce content that violates any applicable law or regulation
Infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service or its AI models
Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
Generate content that is knowingly theologically misleading or deceptive

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by GospelGen is produced by artificial intelligence and is provided for informational and creative purposes only. We do not guarantee the theological accuracy, doctrinal soundness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated content before using it in a ministry or public context. GospelGen is a tool to assist — not replace — your pastoral judgment.

You own the content you generate using GospelGen. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your inputs to provide and improve the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

The GospelGen platform, including its design, code, branding, and original content, is owned by GospelGen and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOSPELGEN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the billing settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via a notice in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
